Our facility is located at 6801 S 70th Street in Lincoln, NE 68516. We’re at the corner of 70th Street and Pine Lake, offering quick access to the communities of Roca, Bennet, downtown Lincoln, Walton, Cheney, and Hickman. We’re minutes away from the shopping center at NE-2 and 84th Street as well as Lincoln Berean Church and The Home Depot!

When is your office open?

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Feel free to call or stop by during these hours; one of our team members would love to assist you.

What resources do you provide for my move?

We’re dedicated to making your move as simple as possible, which is why we offer a slew of resources and services right here in our office. We sell affordable packing supplies, offer a convenient truck rental program, and even lend out moving handcarts and dollies to our valued customers!

Can my business rent storage at your property?

Of course! In addition to our affordable rates and range of large unit sizes, we provide an onsite business center as well as convenient conference rooms. Utilize our spaces to store excess inventory or seasonal equipment while cutting costs for your business. We even provide free use of our conference room to everyone of our customers — business owners or otherwise!

When can I access my storage unit?

Our access hours run from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the week. We only permit access to paying customers, and our computerized gate prevents unwanted visitors from accessing our property.

How easy is it to access my unit?

If you choose one of our drive-up accessible spaces, you’ll enjoy the most convenient access out there! These types of rentals are all located on the ground floor and enable you to park your car (or moving truck rental) next to door of your space.

Can I rent a climate-controlled space?

You sure can! These interior storage spaces provide a more stable environment for your belongings, which is perfect if you’re concerned about factors like humidity and temperature affecting your valuables. Contact our team if you need help choosing between climate control and drive-up access.

How can I pay my bill?

In addition to accepting major credit cards and standard methods of payment, we offer a convenient online bill pay program. You’ll never have to rush over to our facility when you remember that rent’s due tomorrow. Instead, simply hop online and keep current on your rent with ease!

Our storage facility is family owned and operated. Our managers, staff members, and yes, owner, live right here in the area. While we’re looking to keep our business afloat, we’re most concerned with making your day better and exceeding all your expectations.
